SPICY EGG BREAD TOAST

Ingredient
4 pieces of bread

1 mashed potato

1 onion

2 eggs

1/2 cup capsicum

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 number green chillies


Preparation

Step 1:

In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and a pinch of salt and mix well.


Step 2:

In another bowl, beat eggs, add a little pepper and salt and beat well.


Step 3:



Heat a pan and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, add the bread and spread the potato mixture well on top.


Step 4:

You can pour eggs in it. Turn the bread over and pour the egg on the other side. Pour a little oil. Then toast well on both sides.


Step 5:

Masala egg toast is ready. It can be enjoyed with four cups of tea.
