Write for Us

We're always looking for new authors. If you've got an idea that will challenge our readers and move our industry forward, we want to hear about it. But you don't need to wait for an idea that will redefine web design. Just aim to bring readers a fresh perspective on a topic that's keeping you up.

What kind of content do we publish?

We are looking for all sorts of literary content- tell us about something unique you've noticed in your favourite book or discuss your preferred genre. We want to hear your viewpoint(s) on your favorite authors and literary characters. That's not all- we love stories about how books have impacted your journey or why it is important to read about certain subjects to your child. You've got the goods on a new movement in the literary world? We'd love to know more about it! Or you can share tips which will help readers or teach them something new about the literary world.

Keep in mind that we only accept original content—we do not publish anything that's been published elsewhere (including on your blog).

What we publish

We publish articles of anywhere between 600–1,200 words, depending on subject complexity. All should be well-considered explorations of current and cutting-edge topics in the web industry.

How to submit

Email us your submission to us at zumvu.com@gmail.com. We prefer submissions as Google documents so that editors can easily provide feedback and guidance directly within your draft. You may also send us a plaintext file, a Markdown file, or a link to an HTML document. (Please do not send a ZIP file of assets unless requested by an editor.)

Plagiarism

We take plagiarism very seriously at Zumvu. We use plagiarism checker to ensure all articles are original.

If you have blatantly plagiarized your article from another writer, we will find out. As consequence you will automatically be removed from the contributor pool, with your name blacklisted in our list of authors.

As you write, please keep our guidelines in mind:

• Articles must provide a high level of value for our readers. Content that is basic or that covers material already found elsewhere on our website will not be accepted.
• Zumvu retains the right to accept, decline, or request revisions to any article based on our team's determination of its value for our audience as well as other factors.
• Author Bio Hyperlink: Within the author bio, only one hyperlink can be used to the competitor's website.
• Article Hyperlinks: External hyperlinks can be used only for reference and NOT to a competitor's website.
• By submitting your article to Zumvu, you agree to allow our copywriting editor to make whatever proofreading edits may be necessary to meet our high standards of quality. We will not make edits that alter the substance of your article.
• Guest bloggers will create at least one link back to Zumvu from a relevant post on their website on a preferred topic related to Zumvu's core services.
