Except for The Gym, the other services of Life Line Gym include Zumba Classes in South Delhi and Dance classes in Lajpat Nagar. The aim of Zumba classes is not to achieve somewhere on the floor, but enjoy every step and get immersed in the rhythm, where participants move to the high-speed music in simple movement of hands, hip, and legs.
