He has overseen more than 50 major real estate acquisitions, including nearly three million square feet of commercial space and over 5,000 homes and apartments. Under his leadership, G8 Capital’s real estate funds have delivered strong results for investors, averaging more than 25% annual returns. Evan also supports several growing companies through G8 Holdings’ investment portfolio. Earlier in his career, he co-founded MoneyLine Lending Services, which helped banks modernize their mortgage systems before being acquired by Genpact and becoming part of a successful public offering.
