3. Enter Outlook/safe, tap OK.

Step 2:- Repair Office

1. Open Control Panel and then tap Uninstall a program.
2. Right- tap the entry in the list of installed programs and then tap change, then tap Online Repair.

Step 3:- Run Outlook Diagnostics.

1. Open an Outlook won’t start automated diagnostics to fix the issues.

3. Choose profile which you want to remove and then tap on Remove.
4. Tap on Add.
5. Enter a name for the new profile.
6. Enter the user name, SMTP address, and the password. Tap on Next
7. Now, you receive the message:

• Allow this website to set up alias@domain server settings? So, in this message, you have to tap on do not ask me about this website again, and then click Allow.

8. Enter your login credentials, and then tap on OK.
9. At the last, tap on the finish.

Step 5:- Before you contact support, run Sara advanced diagnostics.
