I founded Focusmate in 2016 to help people follow through on what matters most. It is now the world's leading virtual coworking community, with over 12 million sessions hosted for members in more than 175 countries. In 2020 my health crisis began, and the years since have taught me to run a company in a few hours a week, to set goals I can sustain rather than goals that merely look ideal, and to tell the truth even when it costs me something.
