Rendell Brewster has over 30 years’ experience in the energy industry as a finance professional with a multinational petroleum company, Texaco (now Chevron). He also served as the Chairman of Government and Public Affairs, where he developed relationships with national and international corporate and political leaders, including with the U.S. State Department in Washington.
After corporate life, he engaged in consulting assignments in finance, fossil-based and renewable energy, as well as in related economic development issues in the Caribbean and Latin America.
These consulting assignments involved assisting corporate clients with accessing capital for expansion and developmental needs from both regional and international financial markets.
Since the real estate crisis in 2008, Rendell Brewster has invested in the rental and residential real estate market in South Florida.
He has also served at RLB Financial Services, Inc., a CPA firm in Miami that provided accounting and taxation services to domestic clients. The firm offered consultancy services to foreign clients on US tax and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Brewster is active in the community, serving on various Not-For-Profit boards. He has a passion for financial literacy, which he teaches at churches in the community.
He is a former director of the South Chapter of the FICPA, a former mentor for the MBA Program at the University of Miami, and served on the College Admission Committee for the University of Pennsylvania, including the Wharton School.
