Troubleshoot the Wireless Connection
Sometimes an inconsistent wireless network may cause the printer offline problems.
• To begin with, switch off your HP Printer, then disconnect the power cord after 10 seconds
• Thereafter switch off your Windows 10 computer
• Now switch on the printer after reconnecting the power cord
• Following this, disconnect the power cord from the router, then reconnect it after 10 seconds
