We are looking for Property Preservation Subcontractors. PKMG is the Field Service Manager (FSM) for HUD in many States and has Commercial client needs in all regions of the country. We are looking to build and enhance our vendor base in all of the following states: IL, ID, WA, OR, AK, OK, MO, LA, South TX, KS, and AR, GA, NM, TN. Your experience and skills are needed for the continued success in meeting these PKMG contract duties and the continued pursuit of excellence.
Duties include: HUD Property Inspections; Initial Services; Initial and Recurring Grass Cuts; Rekeys; Rehabs; Rental Turns; Debris Removal; and other general maintenance.
MUST know how to upload pics and have a smart phone to submit photos; MUST know how to upload photos to a computer; MUST be comfortable with strict timelines with some work orders have a 24/48 hour turn around; MUST be able to follow explicit directions when needed; MUST be able to meet deadlines
Payment varies based upon Work Order type; we have a high volume of work and are looking for subcontractors ready to receive work.
We pay all subcontractors bi-monthly.
