Steps to Recover Microsoft account

i. Go to account.live.com/acsr and provide the account you are trying to recover with the email address, phone number, or username.
ii. Provide an email address that we can use to contact you about your application (other than the one you are attempting to retrieve).
iii. Enter on the display the personalities you see to demonstrate you are not a robot, then pick Next.
iv. A menu pops up inviting you to check the email address of the client. Check that email with the safety code for a text from us, enter that code, then choose Verify.
