Shifting diet phase from one to another
Pro: If you avoid phase one and start on phase two, there are fewer dietary restrictions in the rest of the plan.

Con: Severe dietary restrictions of phase one may leave you to feel week, also may cause deficiencies of Vitamin, Minerals, and Fiber.
