The pressure at this time is all that the filter plate can withstand. The equipment may stop instantaneously and damage, and the filter plate slag will appear. It is destroyed; the blockage of the outlet pipe will cause the internal pressure of the box filter to increase continuously. When it is greater than the limit that the filter plate can withstand, the filtrate will overflow from the gap and the filtration will not proceed normally.
Then there is the use of the filter plate, and the groove marks on the edge of the filter plate need to be cleaned frequently. For a long time of work, there must be residue residue in these grooves, and it should be cleaned regularly to keep the filter chamber sealed so that the machine can work normally.
