I am a big proponent of holistic medicine and believe it is crucial for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. This should help prevent disease and put them on the path to good health. I enjoy learning about all around wellness; including diet, stress, sleep habits and an active lifestyle. It fascinates me to learn just how important these factors are that can lead to significant improvements in our health as time goes by! I strongly believe in looking at things through a holistic lens when it comes to treating diseases like cancer; which happens to be my area of expertise. Treating only the symptoms may seem sufficient but isn't always effective long-term.
