The goal of our 200-hour yoga teacher training program in Rishikesh is to give students a thorough understanding of yoga and all of its variations. All facets of yoga are covered in the program, including anatomy, philosophy, meditation, asanas, pranayama, and teaching techniques. Our qualified and experienced instructors will support you at every stage, giving you individualized attention to help you advance your yoga knowledge and abilities. Along with the training, you will have the opportunity to travel through the stunning Himalayas and the sacred Ganges River, giving you a deep understanding of Indian spirituality and culture.
