iOS 13 allows you to change Wi-Fi

iOS 13 introduces a function to the Android to connect to another Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth device:

• Open the Control Center.
• Long press in the center of the squares like the four Air Mode, Cellular Data, Wi-Fi icons located at the top left to expand it.
• Now, long press on the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth icon.
• A screen will open with the list of Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices, respectively.
• All that remains is to select the desired Wi-Fi network or the Bluetooth device to connect or pair.

Better or worse? I think it changes little compared to opening Settings and then selecting Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, indeed the new system requires an extra touch. 

The speech would be different if the screen with the list of Wi-Fi networks / Bluetooth devices could be accessed with the 3D Touch directly on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth icon as soon as the Control Center was activated., If you have still issue in iOS 13 the connect to Apple Support for best assistance
