I am an executive coach and facilitator based in Austin, Texas, and the creator of the L.O.V.E. Framework. For more than a decade I have helped leaders and teams connect more courageously, communicate more clearly, and collaborate more creatively. I am a partner at EXEC Consulting, where I facilitate trainings on leadership, emotional intelligence, trust and teamwork, and I run Head + Heart Coaching and Facilitation. I studied civil rights at Reed College and I used to be a lawyer. I believe words are literal magic spells that create our reality, especially the ones we say to ourselves.
