I will show how to add fog to an image using ACDSee photo studio ultimate from https://www.pinterest.com/danieldubbs/acdsee/.
    1. Open your image in edit mode
    2. Duplicate your image layer
    3. Add a special effect select clouds
    4. Adjust the size and detail for your image
    5. You’ll leave the size at 90 and increase the detail to 6.
    6. Click done
    7. Now change the layer blend mode to screen
    8. You can see through the layer
    9. Add a mask to this layer
    10. Also going to lower opacity
    It’s easier to see
What I'm concealing over this following stage will rely upon the synthesis of your picture. I will do is set my brush to dark and brush over the vast majority of the frontal area. With the goal that the mist is just in the sky.

A few hints to give you a more normal-looking outcome are to utilize distinctive brush sizes. Change the brush darkness. Increment the brush feathering seeing this picture. I think I need to bring some mist back in over the mountainside to do.

I'll change my closer view tone to white and brush over the mountain. To make it look more normal.

I'd prefer to obscure it a piece by changing the mix mode. I'll take a stab at increasing first that appears to be excessively dull.

So you can attempt overlay next time.
