At Yoga Gau, we consider yoga to be a way of life rather than only a practice. Through a comprehensive combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation, yoga philosophy, and anatomy, our courses—which include 100-, 200-, and 300-hour yoga teacher training in Kerala—are intended to connect body, mind, and spirit. Both on and off the mat, each program promotes awareness, balance, and conscious living.
