Building construction is increasing day by day in our Country. Building construction is giving structure and shape of property as per building plan. The construction is the combination of smaller projects with use of raw materials. Basically there are different types of constructions such as buildings, infrastructure and industrial. The building construction classified into two, such as residential and nonresidential buildings. Most of the building constructions are small changes of structure, renovating rooms and Addition of rooms etc. All building constructions have a procedure like Planning, Designing, constructing and last payment. Construction is not easy like manufacturing and many risks involved in construction such as government permissions, labor charges especially for material cost.
