Haemodialysis Catheters
Haemodialysis Catheter uses the tunneled catheter as it is placed under the skin. The catheter in haemodialysis has two openings, one is red and other is blue. Red is the arterial opening to draw blood from the vein and out into the dialysis pathway whereas blue is the venous opening that returns clean blood to your body. Cistrosterile is used in haemodialysis machines for chemo thermal disinfection that is a combination of heat and chemical disinfection. Cistrosterile is beneficial as it is odorless, biodegradable, composed of natural substances etc.
Puristerile
Due to the broad spectrum of microbial activity is designed for cold disinfection. It is been used for all haemodialysis like haemodialysis machine, circuit pipes, and water treatment. Puristerile contains peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Decalcification of haemodialysis machine is been easily achieved due to the low pH volume of puristerile.
