A first of its scale for the area, the Renishaw Coastal Precinct will ignite the KZN mid-South Coast’s economic potential through a series of interconnected nodes – meandering from Scottburgh to Umkomaas across pristine coastal landscape. Having received environmental approvals for varied mixed-use development, the socially and environmentally responsible nodes will include: residential, educational, medical, resort, commercial, retail and light industrial projects.
