But when we develop a practice of stillness, we open up to the miraculous opportunities that are always available to us.

With a devoted meditation practice regularly - it not makes you feel good, but also because it can make you a Super Attractor. The more we tune in, the more we receive. Receptivity is a state of being. Living in a meditative way changes our energy and the vibrational frequency we put out. When we cultivate an energy of stillness, we’re receptive to signs from the Universe. We experience synchronicities and allow our desires to flow to us.
