PlanSplit LLC works by bringing and keeping health and wellness service providers and consumers together. We provide service providers the ability to create custom packages for the services offered. These plans are provided to the consumers in our web-based application, including chiropractic, Dentistry, Medical Cosmetology, Mental Health, Optometry, Veterinary, and other health and wellness-related services. From the consumer perspective, there are many facilities like monthly payment options, plans change options, plan cancellation at any time, and auto-renew annually. From the Provider perspective, after Plans set-up, everything from patient sign-up, payment collections, plan changes, renewals to cancellations are managed by PlanSplit so that Provider staff can focus on patient care.
