    Con: Severe dietary restrictions of phase one may leave you to feel week, also may cause deficiencies of Vitamin, Minerals, and Fiber.

    Pro: Tastes better and tastier than regular milk/good for bones/refreshes you

    Con: Makes you gain weight/lots of added sugars/Not nutritious/Mislabeling

    Exercise:
