How does Lumilor work?

LumiLor is a ‘five-layer’ coating system and includes unique processes and specifications. Following are the five layers explained in the order of which they’re applied:

I- Back Plane Layer: Allows the current to be supported across the entire electric surface.

II- Dielectric Layer: Access insulation ensuring there is no burning or shorting & ensures the current is being distributed evenly across the surface to produce even light.

III- Lumicolor layer: Color providing layer available in five different shades- White, Green, Blue, Aqua, Orange.

IV- Bus Bar Application: The conductive layer of the Back Plane Material that provides a zero resistance power for better current distribution to the conductive topcoat.

V- Conductive Top Coat: Final conductive layer (the most charged) that allows Lumilor to emit light.
