What started as a way of supplying local families and restaurants quickly grew into a trusted service for chefs and buyers across Dublin and beyond. As demand increased, we invested in our own processing facility to ensure quality, traceability, and consistency for every order. We may be bigger now, but the mission is the same to bring honest, sustainable Irish seafood from local boats to plates around the world.
