Amazon Prime makes a series of popular movies "The Purge"

The transmission platform Amazon Prime has announced a new web series The Purge, based on the famous movie franchise of the same name. The series, like the film, takes place in an authoritarian America where, every year, citizens enjoy a period of 12 hours to commit a crime and will not be prosecuted as this would be legal.

The series will air on the platform on September 5.

Amazon Prime membership exceeds the 100 million mark

Amazon Prime membership has exceeded 100 million paid Prime members worldwide, Jeff Bezos, Founder and CEO, Amazon stated this in a media interaction.
