How do I get my HP ePrint to work?

What do you need before you begin the ePrint setup

• Form the printer disconnect all USB cables
• Check if your printer supports the ePrint feature (check your manual or call us to find out)
• Check with MOBILE PRINTING SOLUTIONS COMPATIBLE WITH HP PRINTERS if you do not find any logo, button or icon corresponding to the feature
• Here, in the list compatible with ePrint you can see if your printer model is mentioned
• Thorough an Ethernet connection or over the Wi-Fi the printer should be connected to the internet
• You should enable the Web services feature to ensure that your printer connects securely with devices over the internet,
• By using the EMBEDDED WEB SERVER (EWS) it can be enabled from the printer’s control panel 

Steps to enable the Web services from an LCD control panel

• The respective button or icon should be selected in the first place
• Go to WEB SERVICES SETUP and then choose the NETWORK SETUP option
• If you do not find it select the WIRELESS SETTINGS option,
• Finally, the web services option should be selected

Steps to enable the Web services from a manual control panel

• From a self-test page or from the Network Configuration obtain the printer’s IP address
• Enter your printer’s IP address after you open your desired web browser and
• You will see a prompt with the website security certificate
• Eventually you must choose the CONTINUE option
• The only inference here is that both the devices are connected (same network) if the EWS information page is displayed
• Now, choose the WEB SERVICES tab and then the CONTINUE option must be selected
• Finally choosing the TURN ON / ENABLE option to complete
