Etai's Stapleton opened in the fall of 2005 to bring delicious home-style cooking and a casual, family-friendly atmosphere to the Stapleton neighborhood. Located in the heart of town, Etai's is at the center of the many year-round events that make Stapleton such a great place to live: from farmer's and antique markets to concerts, movies and first lights of the Christmas season. Etai's Stapleton serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week, dinner Monday through Saturday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The menu reflects a passion for simple, authentic cuisine; lunch favorites include our famous hamburgers and house-cut fries, with hearty, satisfying entrees like pasta Bolognese, braised short rib gnocchi, and oven-roasted chicken with sweet potatoes on our dinner menu.
