Donald Malter is an American entertainment and sports executive with the ability to manage financial strategy and operations during dynamic growth, turnaround, repositioning and change phases. Malter has proven his ability while collaborating with investors for music and media business combinations and raising capital for roll-up acquisitions with an eye on maximizing long term enterprise value. Malter maintains a high level of integrity and transparency proved successfully in the music space with private equity and entertainment titans. Malter has functioned as a Chief Financial Officer for over a decade in the entertainment and sports related industries. Prior to joining the private business sector Don served as an auditor and corporate tax professional for a public accounting firm in New Jersey, where he increased the firm’s overall client roster by 20%. Malter holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is a member of the New York State Society of CPA’s.
Malter has served as Treasurer for NURTUREart Non-Profit Inc. under founder George J. Robinson and since residing in NYC with his wife Cara and two children Julian and Daphne & volunteers to support UES Neighborhood Initiatives and Jewish related organizations.
