This is a variation on the popular Orvis Battenkill series of fly reels. Diameter is 3 ¼,” and capacity is 5wt or 6wt lines. Reel is right hand wind, but easily converted. Features heavy black finish, frameless design, drag adjustment on back.
This is the smallest size of the Fin-Nor Anti-Reverse salt water fly reels, 2 7/8” overall diameter, with a spool width of 7/8”. The reel is not rated for line size, but I believe it would do fine with an 8wt. Very good reel for bonefish or other light salt-water fishing.
