SELF AND BEYOND is a psychotherapy Well Being Center. Here, we offer a spectrum of Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual therapeutic modalities in the form of therapies, wellness and workshops to individuals/groups who may seek to benefit from them. We conduct regular Psychotherapy sessions, zumba and yoga sessions for fitness and movement therapy and meditation sessions for the soul. We offer one to one Psychotherapy sessions using the tools of regression therapy, hypnotherapy, sound therapy, nlp, family constellation and various other therapeutic modalities on appointment basis. We keep having healing, mind empowering and skill development workshops too.
We are also an association of independent holistic healers and health practitioners, united by a common mission and vision of a wider model of integrated healing that addresses the WHOLE person. The EMPHASIS is on personal growth and self empowerment to live a more balanced, harmonious and healthy life. We also offer our space to conduct similar workshops or therapies for groups/individuals.
