    Carving skills an added advantage for a chef
    There are many skills that a chef, who prides himself as an expert in culinary arts must have including how to cook in a clean and hygienic environment as well as how to serve the food properly. There are however also some added advantage that a chef can have over other chefs. One of such added advantage is carving skills. These extra skills often distinguish a professional and experienced chef from other chefs.
    A chef with carving skills will be able to transform apples, tomatoes, carrots or watermelons into art works that are very delicious. Normally landscapes, faces of human and flowers can be carved into vegetables and fruits by a skilled chef. For instance you might only think that one tomato, 2 peppers and one carrot can only be used to make stew. What you might not know is that it is also possible to turn the m to a flower that is very beautiful. Several designs, some of which can be complicated can be achieved through vegetable and fruit carvings, including some of the designs that are made with marble or wood. Other designs could include buildings, figures and several shapes. To achieve some of these complicated designs goes beyond being skillful as they will require real talent.
