We are Aurelia, a brand of fresh gelato & vegan sorbetto in authentic Asian flavors, made with fresh, whole ingredients. We are based in New York City. We specialize in exclusive flavors you won't find elsewhere - including Korean Pear, Genmaicha, Red Dragonfruit, White Rabbit, and Sikhye - as well as Asian flavors that have been becoming more popular (and more searched for) in NYC - like Matcha, Hojicha, Thai Iced Tea, Black Milk Tea, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Unlike other gelato or ice cream places, we use all natural ingredients and traditional Italian processes to bring our flavors to life, and we use ingredients from some of the world's best suppliers, like Blue Bottle Coffee and ROYCE' Chocolate (we would love to appear in searches for fans of these brands, too). During the summer, we do events all around NYC to promote our brand - food festivals, night markets, pop-ups, etc. We do this to market our brand to consumers so they will return to our partners' businesses for more Aurelia gelato. Our Google Maps location is actually one of our partners, Green Symphony. They are a health food store who serves all of our flavors, and they let us use this location for Google. Green Symphony is closed on Saturdays, so Aurelia rents the place and does a Saturday night pop-up (5pm-12am). Green Symphony is at 255 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036 - just a block from Times Square, so a lot of tourists looking for desserts have discovered us on Google Maps recently.
