Playa Malvarrosa Valencia is lively all year round. Wide and open in 1.8 kilometers, it is good place to visit at any time of the day touring the city of Valencia. Stepping on its fine sand is a temptation to reach the very edge of the sea, which, in its widest area, is separated by 60 meters of sand. In its northern area, at the end of the Paseo Marítimo, is the Blasco Ibáñez House Museum, which maintains the original facade of the villa where the writer lived.
The Albufera Natural Park (in Valencian Parc Natural de l’Albufera) or simply La Albufera is a Spanish protected natural area located in the province of Valencia. It was also known by the Romans as Nacarum Stagnum and in some Arabic poems it is called Mirror of the Sun. Its ecological value is very great since here are species of great ecological value in danger of extinction, such as the Spanish Pupfish or the Valencia Toothcarp
Branding Valencia
Valencia is probably one of the most underutilized brands in the world. Known for Sorolla, oranges, beaches, Fallas, bicycles, shoes, wines and , paella, horchata, socarrats and tiles in general amongst other things, it is poorly represented to tourists and foreigners. It is hard to find a city in the world that can be associated with that many brands, unique and easily recognizable and strongly connected to the capital of Turia.
Yet, our tourist market is very undeveloped. It is ruled by numerous cheap Chinese imports and couple of Spanish mass producers that make generic souvenirs only changing the names of the cities. No serious efforts have been even made to address this issues, and numerous advertising campaigns organized by the City Council were usually looking into the wrong places.
What to see in Valencia . La Huerta de Valencia for sure. It is one of the characteristic areas of the province that consists of a set of orchards, watered by the ditches of the Turia River.
La Huerta occupies almost 12,000 hectares of the municipalities and reaches almost to the Albufera. Rice, tigernut, oranges and vegetables are grown here, depending on the area, which are quality benchmark products throughout the world.
The Mestalla or Mestalla Stadium, Camp del València is a football stadium owned by Valencia Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. located in the Mestalla neighborhood between Sweden Avenue and Aragon Avenue.
