The teachers want the parents to understand the fact that they are on the same team when the child is being concerned. They want the success of the students and do not want to give any hard assignment to the students who are beyond their power of capacity. The teachers want the parents to work along with them and not against them. They want the parents to provide backup and follow-up instruction at home and even outside of the home.
