    How To File A Complaint Regarding Your Nps Investment

    The National Pension System (NPS) is a voluntary defined contribution pension system in India. The National Pension System, like PPF and EPF, is an EEE(Exempt-Exempt-Exempt) instrument in India where the entire amount on maturity is tax-free.


    All central government employees must have such an account, but that does not mean other people are excluded. Anyone within the age group of 18 to60 can open such an account.

    Toll-free number: You can convey your grievances through toll-free number 1800222080. The executives there will try to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.


    Written a complaint: You can also file a written complaint in the form of a letter or line with the format specified (Form G1). The complaint shall be sent to the following address.

    Online complaint: Complaints can also be filed by logging on to the Central GrievanceManagement System (GCMS) on https://www.npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php.


    After your complaints lodged, which shall happen in 3 days, you will be given a case token.

    You can use this to track the progress on your issue. You must dispose of this token within 30 days of the issue. If your case is not solved in 30 days an escalation may be made to the NPS Trust. The NPS Trust shall try to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
