Written a complaint: You can also file a written complaint in the form of a letter or line with the format specified (Form G1). The complaint shall be sent to the following address.

Online complaint: Complaints can also be filed by logging on to the Central GrievanceManagement System (GCMS) on https://www.npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php.
After your complaints lodged, which shall happen in 3 days, you will be given a case token.
You can use this to track the progress on your issue. You must dispose of this token within 30 days of the issue. If your case is not solved in 30 days an escalation may be made to the NPS Trust. The NPS Trust shall try to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
