Access Total Care offers Primary Care and Urgent Care services to our communities throughout South Texas. Our highly trained providers and medical staff do their very best to accommodate every need and work with patients for optimal health. Each clinic is available throughout the week, including weekends and provides traditional clinic services including X-ray, lab, IV hydration and medication, referrals, and occupational medicine. We are pleased to offer sports physicals and DOT exams, and we accept most insurance plans as well as cash-pay options.
