Nascent Pipe & Tubes is one of the well-established stockiest and manufacturer houses of quality Nickel Alloy 201 Fasteners (Screws), which is a low carbon modification of the Nickel 200. Our Nickel 201 Hex Head Screws is generally specified where exposure to temperatures above 600 Degree F is expected.
Other applications of Nickel 201 Steel Shoulder Screws include heat exchanger parts, electrical parts and aerospace components. Nickel 201 Panel Screws is a lower carbon version of commercially pure (99 %) nickel, where the material does contain minor amounts of other elements, totalling less than 1 %. Weldable by standard, however oxyacetylene welding should not be used with Nickel 201 Machine Screws.
