Introducing Nexa Hard-5 Hardfacing Electrode, this medium coated basic type electrode is infused with graphite coating, engineered for hardfacing and rebuilding worn-out machine parts and components. The resulting weld beads exhibit a flat and smooth finish, with easily detachable slag. The weld metal is alloyed cast iron, renowned for its exceptional hardness and resistance to abrasion and metal-to-metal wear.

Ideal for surfacing a range of equipment and tools subjected to wear, including dredger bucket lips, oil expeller worms, concrete mixer blades, screw conveyors, cement die rings, and more. It's recommended to limit the deposit to no more than 3 layers for optimal performance.
