Google API Services Data Use & Multi-User Disclosure

1. Overview of Google Integration

Our platform is a multi-user SaaS application that allows individual users to connect their own Google accounts via OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Each user independently authorizes access to their Google account in order to enable appointment scheduling, spreadsheet storage, and Google Meet link generation.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Google APIs Used

We integrate with the following Google APIs:

  1. Google Calendar API
  2. Google Sheets API
  3. Google Drive API (drive.file scope only)
  4. Google Meet API

We request only the minimum OAuth scopes required to provide core functionality.

3. Per-User Authorization (Important for Multi-User Architecture)
  1. Each user must explicitly authorize access to their own Google account.
  2. Access tokens are generated uniquely per user.
  3. One user's Google data is never accessible to another user.
  4. We do not use any shared or master Google account to manage user data.

All data access is strictly scoped to the authenticated user's account.

4. Data Accessed from Google

Upon user consent, the application may access:

Google Calendar

  1. Permission to create, update, and delete calendar events created through our platform.
  2. We do not read unrelated calendar events unless necessary to manage events created by the user.

Google Sheets

  1. Permission to create spreadsheets for storing appointment and contact form submissions.
  2. Permission to append new rows containing submitted form data.

Google Drive (drive.file scope only)

  1. Access limited to files created or opened by our application.
  2. We do not access or scan unrelated files in the user's Drive.

Google Meet

  1. Permission to generate meeting links associated with scheduled appointments.

We do not access:

  1. Gmail messages
  2. Google Contacts
  3. Google Photos
  4. Files unrelated to our application
  5. Any personal data outside the granted scopes
5. How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data is used exclusively to:

  1. Create and manage calendar events for appointments
  2. Generate Google Meet links for scheduled sessions
  3. Create and update spreadsheets storing form submission data
  4. Maintain structured appointment records for the authenticated user

We do not use Google user data for:

  1. Advertising
  2. Behavioral tracking
  3. Data resale
  4. AI/ML training
  5. Profiling or analytics unrelated to user-facing features
6. Data Isolation Between Users

As a multi-user SaaS platform:

  1. Each user's Google data is logically and securely isolated.
  2. OAuth tokens are stored per user.
  3. There is no cross-account data access.
  4. Administrative access to user data is restricted and controlled.
7. Storage of OAuth Tokens & Security Measures
  1. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely in encrypted server-side storage.
  2. All communication with Google APIs occurs over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
  3. Tokens are never exposed client-side.
  4. Access to tokens is restricted to backend systems required to provide service functionality.

We follow the principle of least privilege by requesting only minimal required scopes.

8. Data Retention & Deletion
  1. Users may disconnect their Google account at any time.
  2. Upon disconnection, stored OAuth tokens are deleted.
  3. Users may request deletion of stored appointment data.
  4. We retain data only as long as required to provide the service.

Users may revoke Google access anytime at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

9. Data Sharing & Third Parties
