When you ask a social worker why they became a social worker, the standard response is "I want to help people." This, I believe, is the expected response. This is what the person who has asked the question wants to hear because it validates their perception of social workers and social work. Are we there yet, God? Social workers are soft-hearted people who want to save the world. Their expressions and tone express their impression as they respond, "Oh, well, that must be very rewarding."

Though #nonprofit organization work for #social causes in our #society it is tough for them to get the grants for social issues.
In addition, to get grants are increasingly competitive as the #market is crowded with so many non-profit #groups. Thus, it is difficult to stand out from the #crowd.
