Certificate of incorporation or formation · Business registration certificate · Recent utility bill in the business name · Tax registration certificate (EIN, VAT, GST, ABN, or local equivalent)

Frequently asked questions

Anyone who owns, manages, or is formally authorized to represent the business can submit a claim. If more than one person from the same business applies, the first verified claim becomes the primary owner, and others can be added as managers afterward.
You can create a new listing first from the "Add a business" page, then return here to verify ownership using the same process described above.
The most common reasons are an expired or illegible document, a business name that doesn't match the listing, or a file outside the accepted formats. Rejected claims include a reason by email and can be resubmitted at no cost.
Submit a document verification request as usual and note the dispute in the message field. Our team will contact both parties and request supporting documentation before transferring ownership.
Yes. Verifying ownership and managing your basic listing details is free. Optional add-ons like featured placement or extended photo galleries are available separately from your dashboard once verified.
Once verified, ownership doesn't expire, but we may periodically ask you to reconfirm contact details to keep your listing eligible for instant re-verification in the future.
